Fri Feb 01 2019Andrew Bell SC has resigned from his position on Bar Council as a result of his appointment to the Court of Appeal. In accordance with cl. 12.5.1 of the Bar Association's Constitution, Garry McGrath SC has filled the vacant position as of 1 February 2019.
