NSW AG announces two judicial appointments
Wed Jun 03 2015New South Wales Attorney General Gabrielle Upton has announced the appointment of Desmond Fagan SC as a judge of the Supreme Court, and the elevation of the Hon Justice Carolyn Simpson to the bench of the Court of Appeal. Both appointments take effect on 11 June 2015. Further details regarding the swearing-in ceremony for Fagan SC will be announced as soon as they are known. Learn more here.
