A celebration of his life will be held in the Palm Chapel of Macquarie Park Crematorium, corner of Plassey and Delhi Roads, North Ryde on Saturday, 16 April 2011 at 11.15am. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Palliative Care, Level 4, Sacred Heart Hospice, 170 Darlinghurst Road, Darlinghurst, NSW 2010.
