Bar Association releases its Reconciliation Action Plan

The Bar Association has released its first Reconciliation Action Plan, which will commence on 1 January 2013. The association is deeply concerned about the under-representation of Indigenous Australians practising at the NSW Bar and seeks a legal profession in NSW that demonstrates equality and an absence of any discrimination and reflects the cultural and racial diversity of the general NSW community.
