Two new appointments to the New South Wales Local Court

Ms Alison Mary Viney, solicitor, has been appointed as a magistrate and as a mining warden, effective 20 November 2006. Ms Viney is being sworn in at 9am in courtroom 5.2 of the Downing Centre on Monday, 20 November 2006.

Mr Christopher Gerard O'Brien, solicitor, has been appointed as a magistrate and as a mining warden, effective 5 February 2007. Mr O'Brien will be sworn in at 9am in courtroom 5.2 of the Downing Centre on 5 February 2007.
