LCA voices concern over Chinese government crackdown on lawyers

The Law Council of Australia has expressed deep concern at the Chinese government's ongoing crackdown on lawyers, law firm staff, human rights activists and their family members. It's believed that 36 lawyers and activists are currently detained or being held incommunicado and 30 lawyers and activists are forbidden from leaving China. Learn more here.
