The Bar Association was represented at the ACLA National Conference & In-house Lawyer Awards at the Sheraton Mirage, Gold Coast on Thursday and Friday last week. The newly elected president, Noel Hutley SC, was joined by Liz Cheeseman SC, Christopher Wood and Michele Kearns. As part of the Bar Association's efforts to promote the bar to in-house counsel, it has published Direct Briefing: A Guide for Corporate or Government Counsel a copy of which can be viewed here.
