Celebrate the appointment of three female silks

A reminder that the annual Women Barristers Forum event, "Cocktails and Canapés" is on tomorrow night. This year the event is to be held at Hyde Park Barracks Café, on Tuesday, 27 October from 5.30 pm. Fiona McLeod SC, president of the Australian Bar Association will be guest speaker. Fiona has long been a passionate supporter of issues such as gender equity and equitable briefing, both very topical at present. But the main event is to celebrate the appointments of Dominique Hogan Doran SC, Maria Cinque SC and Gina O’Rourke SC. ALL barristers are welcome – men and women alike.
