Richard Cooper Memorial Lecture

The TC Beirne School of Law and the Federal Court of Australia invite members to the Richard Cooper Memorial Lecture, to be delivered by Professor Jonathan Fulcher on Thursday, 20 August from 5.30pm to 7.30pm AEST. The title will be "A 'Diminished Nation?' The 'races' power, non-discrimination and the Native Title Act". The lecture will take place in Court 1, Level 7, Harry Gibbs Commonwealth Law Courts, 119 North Quay, Brisbane. It will be broadcast live to locations around the country, including Court 1, Level 21, Law Courts Building, Queens Square in Sydney.
