The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) invites you to an address by the Hon Joe Campbell QC FAAL, adjunct professor, Sydney Law School on "Equitable Remedies Against a Bribed Fiduciary - the Australian Position After FHR European Ventures LLP v Cedar Capital Partners LLC".
