Has your chambers adopted the Best Practice Guidelines? The NSW Bar Association encourages all chambers to adopt and implement the Model Best Practice Guidelines for chambers on dealing with sexual harassment, discrimination, bullying, victimisation, parental leave and grievance handling. Over 40 chambers in NSW have adopted the Best Practice Guidelines. The Best Practice Guidelines and a list of the floors that have adopted them can be found here.

The Diversity and Equality Committee of the Association can assist chambers to arrange training and provide guidance on adopting and implementing the Best Practice Guidelines. For more information, please contact Ting Lim here.
