Principles for Australian Refugee Policy

On 13 June 2019 the Kaldor Centre for International Refugee Law launched its Principles for Australian Refugee Policy. Described as "grounded in evidence and informed by good practices from other countries, as well as from Australia’s past", the report aims to "re-imagine the current approach" and to show the pathway to a "more positive, sustainable, long-term refugee policy".
