UNSW Law Seminar - Recent developments in corporate governance and compliance

Hear from experts including Daniel Crennan QC, Deputy Chair of ASIC, in this seminar which examines cutting edge issues in compliance and corporate governance.

Topics include ASIC enforcement after the Banking Royal Commission, the new whistleblower legislation and compliance with the Modern Slavery Acts including reporting obligations of relevant corporations. There will be a special Q&A session in the final fifteen minutes of the seminar, during which participants will have the opportunity to ask Professor Justine Nolan questions.
