This evening, the NSW Society of Labor Lawyers is hosting a panel discussion on the state of financial sector regulation and enforcement in the wake of the Hayne Royal Commission, with expert panellists: Professor Dimity Kingsford Smith (Director of the Centre for Law, Markets and Regulation at UNSW) Dominique Hogan-Doran SC (5 Wentworth Chambers) and Miranda Nagy (Principal, Maurice Blackburn Lawyers).
