The High Court of Australia have recently advised the Law Council of Australia of the following change in start times for 2019.

Please find attached for your information:

  • Attachment 1: Revised sitting start times for 2019
  • Attachment 2: Explanatory Statement and High Court Amendment (Fees) Rules 2018 to take effect from 1 January 2019
  • Attachment 3: High Court Amendment (Fees) Rules 2018
