Legal Aid NSW Appellate Criminal Law Barrister Panel
Tue Aug 28 2018The Legal aid NSW Appellate Criminal Law Barrister Panel is open for new applications and reappointments closing on 8 October 2018.
The panel is open to junior counsel only and applies to the following matters:
- Provision of advices on the merit of appeals to the Supreme Court including the CCA and the High Court;
- Preparation and conduct of appeals before the CCA and the High Court;
- Preparation and conduct of appeals to the Supreme Court;
- Preparation of applications to review convictions and sentences pursuant to Part 7 and 8 of the Crimes (Appeal and Review) Act.

All applications for appointment to the panel must be submitted on line through the Panels Application Website here by 8 October 2018 for consideration by the Selection Committee.
