Bar FC narrowly defeated 1-0

In a game that was a practice kick before the final series commencing next week, Bar FC played Sydney Business School in a tight contest. Whilst Bar FC had more shots on goal, they were narrowly defeated by a headed goal from a corner kick. Sir Alex’s comment at half time that goalkeeper Harris had not much to do in the first half probably lulled him into a false sense of security, with SBS scoring within minutes of the restart. A strong midfield worked tirelessly to right the wrong however SBS defended well to emerge the victors.
Bar FC now play in the first semi-final on Monday 13 August 2018 at 1.00 pm above the Domain Car Park (next to the Art Gallery of NSW). All friends of Bar FC are welcome.
