ALRC seminars on class actions and litigation funding

The Australian Law Reform Commission Inquiry into Class Action Proceedings and Third-Party Litigation Funders will hold three seminars for interested participants in class action proceedings. At these seminars, the ALRC will present the various responses to Discussion Paper 85 and will seek views on some amended and new ideas for reform. Please register your attendance.
