A highlight of this year’s conference will be former judge Peter Young AO QC’s light hearted but informative discussion titled “How to deal with an Equity suit when your client or opponent is enamoured of Dr Google.”

The conference will feature the inaugural Sir Anthony Mason oration to be given by Justice Julie Ward, CJ in Eq. An intestacy workshop will be run by Dr Stephen Janes on Friday 7 September 2018 from 2pm. The conference runs from 8 to 9 September 2018. The panel discussion will return with topical issues dissected by a range of speakers.
