TONIGHT: Paperless trials in the Land and Environment Court

Tue Jul 31 2018
Professional development

Tonight Ian Hemmings SC of Martin Place Chambers will present a seminar on how to run a fully electronic hearing in a paperless environment.

The Land and Environment Court has introduced a system of paperless trials for a number of matters, eliminating the need to bring large volumes of documents to court. The application of this new technology brings potential benefits for the courts and practitioners alike. This session has been arranged by the Practice Development Committee for the benefit of all members as a case study on the skills needed for paperless trials generally. Learn more here.
