Ethics and the ADR Practitioner at the ADR Masterclass 2018

Announcing that Dr Simon Longstaff AO, Executive Director of the Ethics Centre, will join an experienced panel of ADR Barristers, chaired by Mary Walker, at the ADR Masterclass 2018 to grapple with real ethical issues that arise in contemporary ADR practice, including conducting or acting in mediations. The “Ethics and the ADR Practitioner” panel is one CPD session not to be missed for ADR Barrister Practitioners. The ADR Masterclass is a highly respected one-day CPD conference dedicated to alternative dispute resolution and will be held on Saturday 11 August from 9-5.30pm at the Sheraton on the Park, Sydney. Speakers include Chief Justice T F Bathurst AC, president of the New South Wales Bar Association, Arthur Moses SC, and UNCITRAL rapporteur Professor Khory McCormick. Tickets are $300 for members of the NSW Bar Association and $340 for Non-Members. This event will contribute to CPD Hours, including under the NMAS mediation accreditation scheme.
