Explanatory Note on the Judicial Process and Participation of Muslims

The Australian National Imams Council (ANIC), with the assistance of the Judicial Commission of New South Wales, has prepared an Explanatory Note on the Judicial Process and the Participation of Muslims. The Judicial Council on Cultural Diversity has asked the president of the NSW Bar Association to draw the Explanatory Note to the attention of members of the NSW Bar.
