Bruce Smith will be sworn-in as a judge of the Federal Circuit Court at a ceremonial sitting on Tuesday, 26 June 2018 at 4.30pm in Courtroom 7C, Level 7, Lionel Bowen Building, 97-99 Goulburn Street, Sydney. Michael Kearney SC will speak on behalf of the Australian Bar Association and the New South Wales Bar.
