Attorney General Mark Speakman and Minister for the Prevention of Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Pru Goward have announced that the NSW Law Reform Commission will review s 61HA of the Crimes Act to determine if the sexual consent provisions need to be amended to protect victims better.
