Early appropriate guilty pleas

Public Defenders are presenting a panel discussion on "Early Appropriate Guilty Pleas: Decisions, duties and ethical issues. A panel discussion for defence lawyers." The seminar will cover disclosure, briefs of evidence, s 72 obligations, fitness and offers.

Panel members are: Richard Wilson and Sophia Beckett, Public Defenders with Keppie Waters and Robert Hoyles from Legal Aid NSW.
