TONIGHT: Re June (No. 2) [2013] NSWSC 111: Who has a right to be heard in child care and protection proceedings?

This evening, 19 November at 5.15pm, His Honour Judge Myers AM, Louise Goodchild and Cheryl Orr, together with Chris Ronalds SC, will discuss various implications of this decision. Particular attention will be given to the possible effects on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and families.

The seminar has been jointly organised by the NSW Bar Association's Indigenous Barristers Strategy Working Party and the Law Society of NSW Indigenous Issues Committe.
