The NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT) will begin operations on 1 January 2014. A Corporate Services Coordinating Committee is working on the integration of corporate service functions of different tribunals. The ninth edition of the NCAT newsletter is out now and features an update on the appointment of the president and principal registrar.
