NSWLRC consultation paper on early guilty pleas

The NSW Law Reform Commission has published Consultation Paper 15: Encouraging Appropriate Early Guilty Pleas: Models for Discussion. The purpose of the paper is to generate discussion on what models (or combination of models) can be adopted by NSW to improve the rate of appropriate early guilty pleas.

The NSWLRC invites submissions on the questions presented in the consultation paper and any other relevant matter for Friday, 13 December. Send your submission by post, DX or email.
