Professional Certificate in Arbitration (ADVERTISING)

The Professional Certificate in Arbitration is designed to provide students with an understanding and appreciation of the role of Arbitration and the process and legislative framework of commercial arbitration in Australia. The program is jointly offered by the University of Adelaide and The Institute of Arbitrators & Mediators Australia (IAMA) nationally. Courses commence in March 2014 and are delivered through a mix of face to face workshops and online learning, over one year. For more information please visit the website.
