Fri Aug 09 2013On 5 August 2013 the Uniform Rules Committee approved amendments to the Uniform Civil Procedure Rules to give effect to some of the recommendations of the Law Reform Commission Report in relation to security for costs and associated costs orders.
Rules 10.2, 42.21, 50.8 and 51.50 have been amended. A new rule (rule 7.3A) has been inserted. These amendments are published on the NSW Legislation website and will take effect from today.
