Monday in CPD: Disclosure in Mediation

On Monday at 5.15pm, in the Bar Association Common Room, the ADR Committee will present the first in a series of three practical mediation seminars. These seminars have been designed for members seeking accrediation or reaccreditation as mediators but will also be of interest to the broader bar.

Monday's seminar will be presented by Alan Limbury. Alan is one of Australia's most experienced mediators, named as one of the ten "most highly regarded mediators" in the International Who's Who of Commercial Mediators 2012.

The seminar has been organised by the NSW Bar Association's ADR Committee and will be chaired by Andrew Fox. For full details please download a brochure. Subsequent seminars in the series will be held on the 12 August and on the 19 August 2013.
