The NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT) will begin operations on 1 January 2014. A Corporate Services Coordinating Committee is working on the integration of corporate service functions of different tribunals. The fourth edition of the NCAT newsletter is out now which features, among other things, updates on the NCAT project, and meetings of the NCAT Reference Group.
