Replacement of Federal Court Practice Note CM 20 and Approved Forms 49 and 121

On 12 April 2013 the chief justice of the Federal Court revoked Practice Note CM 20 and Approved Forms 49 and 121 and replaced them with revised versions. The changes are confined to changing the name of the Federal Magistrates Court to the Federal Circuit Court of Australia. The Practice Note and Approved Forms are available from the Federal Court’s web site at http://www.fedcourt.gov.au/
