eCase Search has AAT applications online

The Administrative Appeals Tribunal has launched eCase Search, which provides online access to select information about most applications lodged with the AAT from 18 March 2013. Applications subject to confidentiality restrictions are excluded.

The information that will generally be available includes:

  • the names of the parties and any representatives
  • the date the application was lodged
  • the dates of past and future case events
  • the types of documents lodged by the parties, and
  • the outcome of an application.

lnformation about a case will usually first be made available seven days after the application has been lodged.
