2012 Justice Awards announced last night

Winners of the Law and Justice Foundation's 2012 Justice Awards were announced at a formal dinner on Wednesday 31 October at Parliament House. The Law and Justice Volunteer Award, which is sponsored by the Bar Association,�was presented to Elizabeth Gilmore, who has volunteered at Penrith Court for 11 years as part of the Community Restorative Centre’s court support program. Each month Elizabeth assists hundreds of people to Penrith Court, helping them to navigate what can be a complex and intimidating environment. Also announced last night was the�Law and Justice Foundation’s Aboriginal Justice Award, awarded to Linden McGrady.
