Research on independent children

Thu Nov 01 2012

The Australian Institute of Family Studies is conducting research on Independent Children’s Lawyers (ICLs) in the family law system. This research has been commissioned and funded by the Attorney General’s Department, which also funds legal aid commissions to provide ICL services. The project involves several different studies designed to collect data from ICLs and professionals who work with ICLs and families involved with ICLs. All ICLs and family law solicitors and barristers are invited to participate in our survey, which is due to close on Friday 16 November. For more information and for the link to the survey, please see: http://www.aifs.gov.au/icl/invitation.html.
