Pre-conference half-day workshops on solution focused mediation, crisis management or multi-party conflict� or� the post-conference full-day Advanced Practice Clinic offered by USA lawyer Robert Benjamin are also� likely to be of interest to members of the bar.� Conference highlights include an opening presentation by Allan Parker, co-author of the best-selling book Switch on Your Brain, author of the Negotiator’s Toolkit, and one of the co-authors of Beyond Yes - Negotiating and Networking. Allan was a member of the Curriculum Advisory Committee to the College of Law & Business, University of Western Sydney who were responsible for the design, development and delivery of the Masters of Dispute Resolution. Allan was awarded an adjunct professorship for this contribution to the field. The conference will conclude with Amanda Gore, winner of the NSAA Keynote Excellence Award 2009, who will educate and entertain you in a way that you will not easily forget.
