On 21 May the Bar Association, along with the Law Society and the Australian Lawyers Alliance, gave evidence�before�public hearings held�by Joint Select Committee on the NSW Workers Compensation Scheme.�The chair of the Common Law Committee, Jeremy Gormly SC and Elizabeth Welsh of that committee gave evidence on behalf of the association.
