Tonight: Concurrent Evidence

Tonight's session will seek to examine the current system of concurrent expert evidence in the Supreme Court of NSW and explore practical issues that arise in relation to the operation of Supreme Court Common Law Practice Note No 5. The panel of presenters includes the Honourable Justice McClellan AM, Chief Judge at Common Law, the Honourable Justice Hoeben AM RFD, the Honourable Justice Garling RFD and Stephen Campbell SC, chair of the NSW Bar Association Common Law Committee.
