David James Freeman has been appointed as an acting judge of the District Court of New South Wales for the period commencing on 10 November 2011 and expiring on 30 June 2012.

In addition, the following persons have been appointed or reappointed, beginning on the date shown and�expiring on 29 February 2012.

Peter Dwyer was appointed as a deputy chairperson of the Dental Tribunal of New South Wales (9 November 2011).

Phillipa Jane Gormly�is reappointed as a deputy chairperson of the Physiotherapy Tribunal of New South Wales and a deputy chairperson of the Psychology Tribunal of New South Wales. (1 December 2011)

Thomas Joseph Kelly�is reapointed as a deputy chairperson of the Dental Tribunal of New South Wales and a deputy chairperson of the Nursing and Midwifery Tribunal of New South Wales. (9 November 2011).

Joanne Emily Muller is reappointed as chairperson of the Dental Tribunal of New South Wales (9 November 2011), chairperson of the Physiotherapy Tribunal of New South Wales (1 December 2011), chairperson of the Podiatry Tribunal of New South Wales (7 February 2012), chairperson of the Psychology Tribunal of New South Wales�(1 December 2011)�and a deputy chairperson of the Nursing and Midwifery Tribunal of New South Wales�(9 November 2011).

Nicholas Kevin Francis O’Neill is reappointed as chairperson of the Nursing and Midwifery Tribunal of New South Wales (9 November 2011). .

Kim Bolster Ross is reappointed as a deputy chairperson of the Nursing and Midwifery Tribunal of New South Wales (9 November 2011)�and a deputy chairperson of the Podiatry Tribunal of New South Wales (7 February 2012).

Cedric Bohrsmann Vass is reappointed�as a deputy chairperson of the Nursing and Midwifery Tribunal of New South Wales (9 November 2011), a deputy chairperson of the Physiotherapy Tribunal of New South Wales (1 December 2011)�and a deputy chairperson of the Psychology Tribunal of New South Wales (1 December 2011).
