CBF Legal Thursday breakfasts invites members to to hear a two-part talk by Emeritus Prof Edwin Judge of Macquarie University, who has dedicated himself to the lifelong study of culture and inherited traditions. Biblical and other ancient texts will be explored. No need to book, just turn up.

Thursday, 20 October - "The Ten Commandments - a Mesopotamian relic?" Why did Israel rejoice in their law?

Thursday, 27 October - "The Ten Commandments - sidelined by Jesus?" Why did Jesus insist on the law while liberating people from it?

Venue: Silks Coffee Lounge 170 Phillip St - upper section 7:30am (ends 8:20am) Free (breakfast at own cost). No need to book, just turn up.
