Victorian parliamentary committee hands down report on Charter of Rights

The Victorian Parliament's�Scrutiny of Acts and Regulations Committee (SARC) has handed down its report on the first four years of operation of the Charter of Human Rights and Responsibilities Act 2006. The report argues that the Charter of Human Rights has delivered benefits to Victoria, and should not be repealed, but it has recommended substantial amendments.�View the report>
