David Patten to lead inquiry into the NSW Crime Commission

Minister for Police and Emergency Services Michael Gallacher has today announced the appointment of David Patten to lead the Special Commission of Inquiry into the NSW Crime Commission. Mr Patten is currently a deputy president of the Administrative Decisions Tribunal, and�in 2008-2009 he conducted the inquiry into the conviction of Phuong Ngo for the murder of Cabramatta MP, Mr John Newman.
