Web watch: bar history projects available online

The Bar Association and the Women Barristers Forum have completed two important history projects. The Bar Oral History Project brings together recordings of anecdotes from a number of retired and practising counsel, such as Chester Porter QC, Ian Barker QC and the Hon Justice Margaret Beazley AO. Meanwhile, the WBF has produced a multimedia presentation about the pioneering women at the New South Wales Bar. Both projects are accessible from the Bar Association's web site>
