The Hon Jennifer Margaret Boland has been reappointed as a part-time legal member of the Guardianship Tribunal for the period commencing on 1 August 2011 and expiring on 31 July 2016.

Magistrate Helen Gay Barry has been appointed as a deputy state coroner for the period commencing on 3 August 2011 and expiring on 2 August 2012.

Peter Dwyer has been reappointed as chairperson of the Pharmacy Tribunal of New South Wales for the period commencing on 3 August 2011 and expiring on 30 June 2013.

Magistrate Mark Buscombe has been appointed as a deputy state coroner for the period commencing on 3 August 2011 and expiring on 2 August 2014.

Phillipa Jane Gormly has been reappointed as a deputy chairperson of the Chiropractic Tribunal of New South Wales, a deputy chairperson of the Optometry Tribunal of New South Wales and a deputy chairperson of the Osteopathy Tribunal of New South Wales for the period commencing on 3 August 2011 and expiring on 30 June 2013.

Mr John Victor Stanhope has been appointed as an acting crown prosecutor for the period commencing on 9 August 2011 and expiring on 16 December 2011.
