Fri Jul 29 2011Included in the recent Federal Magistrates Court Amendment Rules 2011 (No1) are rules in relation to the "genuine steps" requirement for certain types of proceedings as required under the _Civil Dispute Resolution Act 2011. _The "genuine steps" rules are scheduled to commence on 1 August 2011.� The Applicant's Genuine Steps Statement and Respondent's Genuine Steps Statement are available on the Federal Magistrates Court website
