Wednesday 3 August: Writing Arbitral Awards The focus of this seminar is on arbitral award writing. Please note that attendance at this seminar (together with attendance at the two Commercial Arbitration Act seminars in either April or September) will be necessary for those members seeking approval for the first time as BarADR arbitrators with the Association. Thursday 4 August: Successful Speakers Series - Helen Conway This event has been organised by the Equal Opportunity Committee as part of its Successful Speakers Series. Ms Conway was recently appointed as Director of the Workplace Gender Equity Agency. She was formerly General Counsel for Caltex and prior to that a partner in a large law firm and a Senior Judicial member of the Equal Opportunity Tribunal.
