Wed Jun 22 2011The Federal Magistrates Court has advised that changes have been made to forms 1-5 required for applications in the Fair Work Division. The amended forms may be obtained from the FMC website. Similarly, the form approved for use in making an application in a case has been amended by adding a paragraph on affidavit requirements. The amended form is also available from the Federal Magistrate's Court web site>
