Wed Mar 30 2011

Presented by Bruce Townsend and chaired by Richard Jefferis, tonight's seminar is intended to give a basic practical overview of the topic and will cover the basics of the jurisdiction as well as outline common errors which arise in the way the claim is prepared and pleaded.

This seminar has been organised by the New Barristers Committee as part of its commitment to providing CPD seminars for members of the junior Bar. However, other barristers are very welcome to attend. For further details refer to the flyer for the event.
