It contains CLE and CPD conference and seminar papers dealing with criminal law and closely related topics, such as appeals, bail, criminal responsibility, defences, police powers and sentencing. Many eminent members of the profession and the judiciary have contributed papers. Barristers are encouraged to contribute papers.
